This guide will cover getting started with your new organization Bitwarden account. This account can be used for storing your corporate passwords, storing company logins, storing secure information, and sending encrypted content.

Bitwarden Enterprise is free of charge and included in Rustin Tech's value or complete Managed Service Packages. You will automatically be licensed when you sign up. Usually, we will create the accounts for you on your behalf and send you your encrypted Login details. After you have received the credentials follow the following steps:

  1. Navigate to: https://vault.bitwarden.com/#/sso.
  2. Enter your Organization Identifier that Rustin Tech has provided you with.
  3. Log in with your corporate Microsoft account.
  4. You will then be prompted to enter your master password. This has been provided to you and sent to you encrypted from Rustin Tech.
  5. Once you have logged into your vault you may see a notification on the right side prompting you to Verify your email. Click the prompt and verify your email.
  6. Next, you can navigate to settings and see all of your settings. Click two-step login.
  7. Under providers click manage next to "Authenticator App" or choose a desired method. Once prompted, re-enter your Master Password and click continue.
  8. Download an app to your smartphone for Two-Factor Authentication if you do not already have one. We recommend Authy but apps like Microsoft and Google authenticator will also work.
  9. Scan the QR code provided with your authentication app and enter the 6 digit code that you're given into the field provided and click enable. It is essential that you enable 2FA on your account since it will be enforced by a policy after.
  10. Feel free to adjust any additional settings, redeem your free Bitwarden families offer, or start protecting your accounts!
  11. Sign in to Bitwarden on the apps and browser extensions.

All Rustin Tech managed devices will automatically receive the Bitwarden apps and extensions. Please contact support@rustintech.com if you do not see them.
